How would you define On Business, Iberia’s loyalty programme for companies?
It’s a programme for companies that want simple, flexible and efficient management of their flights with Iberia. Signing up is totally digital and immediate and delivers tangible benefits from the first flight. In addition, it’s fully compatible with operating through a travel agency. The client chooses whether to operate the programme directly on the website, via the exclusive On Business call centre or through their travel agency.
What are its main benefits?
The programme in Spain allows you to choose between earning redeemable On Business Points on flights or direct discounts. In the case of LATAM and other markets where we operate, both benefits are earned at the same time.

How do you accumulate points?
Points (or discounts) are earned by entering the On Business identifier code unique to each participating company in your booking. This way, all the booking systems supported by Iberia allow you to have the points recorded in your corporate account, either through the Iberia website, the exclusive On Business call centre, or through the global distribution system or booking tools of the most well-known travel agencies in each market.
How many companies already benefit from the On Business programme?
Currently, we have more than 30,000 companies participating in the programme. The aim of the programme is to provide worldwide coverage: we have about 22,000 companies in Spain and approximately 8,000 companies in LATAM and other markets.
What is the profile of these companies?
In general, they are small and medium-sized companies that are committed to a type of digital sign-up that is simple and hassle-free. They’re looking for a business relationship with Iberia in which they receive compensation for their brand loyalty and an agile and flexible model of partnership.

What other segments of the corporate market would you like to reach?

Are the On Business programme for companies and the individual Iberia Plus programme compatible?
The On Business programme is fully compatible with Iberia Plus. We pay the corporate account in the On Business Points and the individual passenger with Avios. We believe in this model of compatibility and are strongly committed to this lever of double compensation on every trip.
Does On Business allow you to earn points by also flying with other Iberia partner airlines?
On Business Points are also earned with British Airways, American Airlines, Air Nostrum and Iberia Express. With these partners, we cover a very high percentage of the destinations that our corporate clients may have from Spain, the rest of Europe, North Africa, LATAM and the United States.
Are you working on any new developments or improvements for 2025?
For 2025 and the coming years, the path set by our corporate clients is based on customisation and making the programme’s support platforms easier to use. We must reinforce and improve the immediacy of the response, the ease of management, the way in which we share information and, of course, provide greater facilities for redeeming points.
