In this issue of Iberia Plus – the first since I joined the company – I want to use this small space to pass on my greetings and some words of gratitude: gratitude for your loyalty and for being at our side in good times and bad. During this current difficult period, we know that we can count on you, all our best customers.

It’s a pleasure to greet you and, starting from today, I want to assure you that my goal is to listen to you, to serve you in the best possible way, to continue offering you a product that improves day by day and is tailored to your tastes and needs, and to take you wherever you need to go in your personal or professional lives.

Clearly, this new context we are experiencing is going to pose a great many challenges that we could never have imagined.
